Great location near to Paignton promenade, the town center and train station, and the room was spacious. It was near Talk of the Town, just 10 minutes walk...

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk to the promenade and beach. The flat was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

We would recommend staying here to anyone. The place is close to the train station and bus station. Not to mention that it is located next to roundabout. Has separate bedrooms and kitchenette.

Our place had decent price, that's important. We had a really lovely stay in Paignton just off the centre/harbour as well as Brixham or Torquay. Room was tidy and included with a larger sink.

Our host was friendly and approachable, affordable stay, kept very clean, excellent value for money, well-equipped kitchen.

Had the whole apartment to myself. Tried out water sports, felt like a pro. Enjoyed table tennis onsite. Free parking, so I didn't have to worry about my car. So many activities in the area, I didn't even have time to try them all!

Oh, how I loved the thin curtains and freezing temperature in the room. Really made me feel at one with the elements.

The value for money at Coombe Lodge Holiday Flats was excellent, with a lovely and clean self-contained flat that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade and beautiful beaches. Donna and Tony, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was if there were tea making facilities provided.

Just spent a fantastic New Year break at these holiday flats. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the promenade and Goodrington Sands. Also, only a 5-minute drive to Brixham or Torquay. The flat was spotless on arrival, with a gleaming floor and fresh-smelling bedding. The kitchen area was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle. A great bonus was the charming electric meter that lasted 3 days on £1, which was a good way to teach the kids about energy costs.

One small suggestion would be to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Also, the curtains in the bedrooms were very thin, offering little privacy and no protection from the cold in the bunk room.
